These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoDeliver.ai ("GoDeliver", "Service"), a Shopify application operated by GoDeliver.ai ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using GoDeliver, you agree to these Terms.
GoDeliver is a post-purchase customer experience platform that provides branded tracking portals, self-serve resolution centers, proactive delivery notifications, and merchant analytics for Shopify stores.
GoDeliver offers two subscription plans, billed monthly through Shopify's billing system:
Charges are processed through your Shopify account. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.
You agree to use GoDeliver only for legitimate business purposes related to your Shopify store. You will not: use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; share your Shopify access credentials with unauthorized parties.
Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GoDeliver, you confirm that you have the right to share your customers' data with us for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, and that you comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable).
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. GoDeliver runs on Cloudflare's edge network for high availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by Shopify's platform, third-party providers, or force majeure events.
GoDeliver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to GoDeliver in the 12 months preceding the claim.
GoDeliver and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoDeliver.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over merchant or customer data processed through the Service.
You may terminate your use of GoDeliver at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the merchant dashboard or email. Your continued use of GoDeliver after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
